"Landscape with Lake" is a captivating semi-abstract artwork that harmoniously blends figurative painting and abstraction. It features a unique interplay between quotations from modern kitsch and gestural brushstrokes, reminiscent of Asian painting techniques.

This image was published in 2022 in a book written in German and Chinese and containing 31 poems by Theodor Storm. Each poem features an illustration by Friedrich Zettl, who also created the cover.
