“the wolf hour” hour is so called because there used to be no people on the streets at these early morning hours – and only the nocturnal wolves were out and about. Many of us wake up at this time – consciously or unconsciously. The reason for this lies in our hormones. The fact that old dreams often plague us at this hour is also partly due to our hormonal balance.
